Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ClickRun platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ClickRun.
Description of Services
ClickRun provides a comprehensive marketing engine platform designed to scale your business. Our services include, but are not limited to, deployment of AI voice agents, automated lead nurture systems, website hosting and optimization, and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaign management. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
Account and Registration
To access our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep such information updated.
Fees and Payment
Access to the ClickRun platform requires a monthly subscription fee of $997. This fee covers platform access and core features. Please note that advertising spend (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is billed separately directly to your payment methods connected to those ad accounts and is not included in the monthly subscription fee. Subscription fees are billed automatically on a recurring monthly cycle.
Service Level and Delivery
We strive to provide uninterrupted access to our platform, maintaining high availability and rapid response times for our AI systems. However, we do not guarantee that the service will be available 100% of the time. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary interruptions in service.
Intellectual Property
The ClickRun platform, including its original content, features, AI models, algorithms, and design, are owned by ClickRun and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the original data and content you input into the platform.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ClickRun, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
Termination
You may cancel your ClickRun subscription at any time. We require a 30-day written notice prior to your next billing cycle to process the cancellation and halt future charges. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and your data may be deleted according to our data retention policies.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
